Bharat Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer of Jagran New Media. He is a B.E. (Electrical and Electronic) from the University of Mysore and is an alumnus of Mudra Institute of Communication, Ahmedabad. He has to his credit 20 years of rich experience in managing and turning around several businesses across the Jagran group.
As a young visionary, he has spearheaded many new initiatives and business verticals across the group. These include the launch of World's first Bi-Lingual newspaper 'I-next', 'Jagran Solutions', 'Jagran Research Cell' and 'Radio Mantra'.
Bharat is an active member of the Digital News Publishers Association (DNPA) and is a regular invitee to the various industry forums like YouTube Publishers Forum, Google Publishers Forums for News, and DigiPub. In recognition of his achievements, he was awarded the 'Youth Achievers Award' at the Sixth Global Marketing and Social Media Awards, 2014.
Under his able leadership, Jagran New Media is now the fastest growing News and Information Company in the Indian Digital landscape and has received more than 18 awards and recognitions in the past two years.
A post graduate in Human Resource Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Sagorika carries with her 25 years of rich experience in the media industry.
In her role as Head HR - Jagran Group, she manages brands like Inext, Jagran Engage & Solutions, Jagran New Media, Mid-day and Radio City.
Prior taking up the role of Head HR - Jagran Group, Sagorika worked with Bennett Coleman & Co. Ltd, Planet M and was Heading HR for Radio City for last 10 years.
At Radio City, she has been instrumental in driving Radio City's participation in 'India's Best Companies to work' since 2012'and has consistently ranked 1st in the Media & Entertainment' segment since 2013. RC entered the 'Top 50 Best Companies To Work' list in 2014. In 2018 Great Places To Work survey, Radio City ranked 8th. In 2018 GPTW study ,Radio City ranked 08th and 3 of our Jagran companies i.e. Mid-Day, Jagran New Media and I-Next certified as "Great Place to Work".
She spearheaded and launched the Radio City School of Broadcasting in the year 2009 and has groomed 90 Radio Professionals since then.

As the COO - Digital Media, Jagran Prakashan Ltd, Rachna Kanwar has a diverse portfolio comprising Radio City, Digital, and Videos & Entertainment at Jagran New Media & Midday.com. She brings with her more than 2 decades of rich experience in the Media and Entertainment industry spanning Digital Media, Radio, TV & Documentary Films.
She is credited with building radiocity.in into India's first & leading online radio network with over 52 channels with millions of hours of original content and strategic alliances with numerous international organizations.
She is now driving the Jagran Group's digital foray into Video & Entertainment, Radio City Digital and Midday Digital. Her vision is to build these verticals into market leaders in their respective domains over the next few years. Rachna is a sound strategist. She is passionate about innovation and executes with excellence.
She began her career with Bennett Coleman & Co Ltd (Times FM, Times Internet), prior to joining Radio City 91.1 FM. She holds a degree in Botany (Hons) from Delhi University and a Diploma in Mass Media.
Rajesh Upadhyay is a senior journalist with more than 20 years of rich experience in mainstream journalism. Currently, he is the Editor-in-Chief and Vice President at Jagran New Media - digital arm of the Jagran Group. Before joining Jagran New Media, he has had a successful innings spanning a decade at the Bhaskar Group as Editor. In the past, he has also been associated with HT Media where he led their Hindi website 'Hindustan' as Editor. He is a postgraduate in Journalism and Mass Communication and is also an alumnus of IIM Indore. He has in-depth knowledge of conceptualization and functioning of Print as well as Digital media. He has demonstrated experience in strategizing content, deploying digital teams and setting up news stations and workflows to achieve measurable results. He is also a certified Google News Initiative Fact-Check and News Verification expert.
A sales veteran with over 18 years of experience, out of which 15 years have been with Digital Media. In his current role at Jagran New Media, he drives the Revenue- Strategy, Systems & Programs. His top priority is to accelerate & match revenue growth through Media Sales ,Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Events & Syndications with the exponential user growth that group sites have been witnessing in last few years. Stickler for perfection, he's been pushing the envelope for driving innovation & value for both external clients and internal stakeholders through pragmatic & holistic monetisation strategies in the ever changing digital ecosystem.
Prior to JNM, Gaurav was associated with Times Internet Limited where he started & scaled multiple businesses including Dynamic pricing based e-commerce platform, Mobile monetisation for all Times Group sites, Native ads platform & Audience sales. Prior to this, he has also worked with HCL Technologies and General Electric. He is a keen follower of tech & lifestyle blogs, loves spending time listening to music & going for long walks .
